Research On Risk Management For Cargo Transportation Of International Express Of Weijie Company

With the rapid development of international trade,transnational cargo transportation has become more and more frequent,and international logistics has become more and more important.International express delivery is a segment of the international logistics industry,mainly to undertake air and sea non-dominant business.The target goods to be transported are mostly concentrated in low weight and small volume,and their weight is usually between 0.5kg and 300 kg.International express cargo transportation has its particularity.During the transportation process,the goods need to be transited several times and inspected by customs of multiple transit countries.Therefore,there are various risks such as loss,damage and seizure of goods.In particular,in recent years,accidents such as fires of dangerous goods in transit have occurred,and the resulting compensation has dealt a heavy blow to logistics and transportation enterprises.Therefore,the research on international express cargo transportation risk management is of great help to improve the efficient operation of enterprises and improve management efficiency.In this paper,Weijie company as the research object,according to the scientific risk management theory of risk identification,risk assessment and risk control of the three steps of international express cargo transport risk research.First of all,the brainstorming method is used to identify risks from the three entities of the customer company,Weijie Company and the four major international express companies in the logistics chain to find the customer-level operational risks that are prone to occur during the international express cargo transportation process,the operational risks at the Weijie company level,and the four major international express companies.Then 12 risk factors were extracted from fishbone map.Then,the risk evaluation metrics is established by using the expert scoring method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the risk value of Weijie international express cargo transportation is quantified.The results show that: the risk degree of international express cargo transportation.From the logistics chain point of view,there is a gradual decline from the beginning to the end;finally,according to the size of the risk assessment value,the use of risk control methods for the three major risk factors corresponding to the risk control measures to varying degrees.Based on the scientific risk management theory,this paper not only promotes the overall risk management level of the company,but also provides a meaningful reference for the risk management of companies in the same industry.
