As a new thing, sharing bicycles has attracted much attention from the time of proposing to the maturity of development.Due to the low barrier to entry,a large number of shared bicycle companies have entered the market. To seize the market share,a large number of bicycles have led to a serious "tragedy of the commons",resulting in high costs and a stagnant user experience. From the perspective of improving the utilization rate of bicycles, this paper proposes four kinds of bicycle allocation strategies based on the number of demand realization rate. The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by anylogic modeling.Based on the unknown perspective of demand information, the model proposes a method for real-time dynamic allocation of bicycle resources based on bicycle operation data. The simulation of the cycling system is based on the running logic of the shared bicycle system.Applying the proposed four different bicycle allocation strategies to the bicycle system, and observing the number of bicycle system requirements, the research results show that the four bicycle allocation strategies proposed in this paper can achieve a higher demand achievement rate,in which the remaining bicycle redistribution strategy can achieve the maximum number of theoretical requirements, and effectively improve the utilization rate of bicycles. At the same time, the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by the changes in market volume and market size experiments. The research further proves that the remaining bicycle redistribution strategy not only achieves the maximum use of bicycles, but also has a good adaptability to the changing bicycle market. At the same time,in a market with a large demand and a relatively small number of available bicycles, the difference in the number of implementations achieved by adopting different scheduling and distribution strategies is small, and the bicycle can reach a higher utilization level, thus it is particularly important to adopt a proper resource allocation strategy in a changing bicycle market.
