In the context of global warming and the shortage of resource,it has become an important task to develop green buildings to save energy and protect the environment.Recently,dellings accounts for 61.4% of the total number of the existing buildings.Green dwelling,as an important branch of green building,focuses on the coordinated development between environment and health,and comprehensively promotes the saving of land,water,energy,material,as well as environmental protection.The GD has been developing for more than ten years,however,the proportion of GDs in China has not reached 1% yet.One of the main reasons is that the interaction between the participants in the market is not clear yet.The GD market is an interaction system containing of multi-agent.The system is built based on the multi-agent perspective,combining with the complex adaptive system theory,property economics theory and social network learning theory.The paper builds a green dwelling market system,and systematically studies the multi-agent component,interactions among them,and evolvement development model.It also builds the system evolution simulation model and proposes the specific evolution process and application method.A case study is used to stimulate the GD market evolution.Based on the results of system evolution in different situations,this paper puts forward the government incentive policy for GD market development.The main researches results are as follows:1?Proposes theoretical foundation for interaction evolution analysis on multi-agent interaction system of GD market.It integrated applies complex adaptive systems theory,market economics theory and social network learning theory into the research on GD market interaction evolution.In particular,the theory of market economics defines the multi-agent structure of GD market and the game interaction among different groups of agents.Based on the theory of social network learning,this paper analyzes the learning and evolution mechanism among agents in the same group.According to the theory of complex adaptive system,the overall evolution process of the multi-agent system is analyzed.Based on the multi-agent perspective,the combination of three theories provides an operational method for studying the evolution of complex adaptive systems.2?Constructs the multi-agent interaction system of GD market.Take multi-agent as a keypoint,the GD market system is divided into supply subsystem,demand subsystem and regulatory subsystem.And the multi-agent constitutions of each subsystem are defined.The complex adaptability of interactive systems and system emergence mechanism are analyzed.3?Defines the interaction evolution behavior of demand agent and supply agent.Firstly,the decision contents of demand agent and supply agent are analyzed,and the factors influencing their behavior evolution are studied.Using discrete choice model,the paper defines the evlotion model of demand agent,and by using two-stage classification method,the demand agents are divided into high level,middle level and low level groups;based on the structural equation model,the behavior evolution model of supply agent is defined.On the basis of regulation classificaiton,the paper defines the behavior evolution model of regulation agent.Based on market economics,social network learning,and complex adaptive system theory,it studies the cooperation,competition,study and environmental adaptation among multi agents.Further,it puts forward the interactive evolution path of multi-agent in GD market.4?Constructs the evolution simulation model of multi-agent interactiton system of GD market.Based on multi-agent simulation modeling method,it analyses the behavior interactions among supplier,demander and regulator.Using netlogo platform,the simulation model of GD market evolution is build.It further defines the simulation target,the simulation evolution process and the measuring index.5?An empirical study on the evolution of multi-agent interactive system in GD market is carried out.Takes Wuhan as an example,it simulates the interactions and evalution of supplier,demander and regulator on GD market based requstionnaires.It is proved that there are different evolution effect under different agent interaction scenarios.It is pointed out that the regulator should make different policies according to the developing phases and optimizing demand of GD market.This paper establishes an throey to analyze the multi-agent system in GD market and further proposes an simulation methd for system evolution.It provides a new path for promoting GD market development.It is also significant for the green development and multi-agent management in construction industry.
