Study On Contract And Relationship Governance Model Of Remanufacturing Supply Chain Under Government Subsidy

Nowadays,because of the fast development of science and technology,the process of product updating is getting faster and faster.People can enjoy a more convenience life brought by science and technology now but they ignore the harm of waste products,which are harmful to the environment.Fortunately,people now get started to pay more attention to the recycling of waste products and have carried out a considerable number of researches.Remanufacturing,closed-loop supply chain are the subjects of concern in this field.In our daily life,more and more manufacturers and retail channels begin to cooperate to recycle used products.For example,Apple,Samsung and other mobile phone manufactures support the process of recycling,and online retail giant JD.com has opened a special recycling channel.In this situation,this research takes remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain as the research object and discusses the mechanism and optimization scheme of supply chain governance in the context of government subsidy and non-government subsidy respectively.It is expected to provide some suggestions for government while improving the economic and environmental performance of manufacturers and retailers.The content of this paper mainly includes: Firstly,a single-period game model consisting of a single manufacturer and retailer is constructed to evaluate both economic and environmental performance,under the condition of with or without government subsidies respectively.Secondly,the above results are classified,compared and analyzed to obtain the performance characteristics of different governance models,and then obtain the implementation conditions.Thirdly,by sorting out the characteristics of each governance mechanism,a reform path for remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain governance mechanism is summarized,and one economic performance coordination mode is given.Finally,the conclusions are verified by using a numerical analysis.The research results show that: The optimal governance structure of supply chain is the centralized decision-making mechanism under strong relationship,followed by the decentralized decision-making mechanism under strong relationship governance structure,and the worst is the decentralized decision-making mechanism under weak relationship.The results also show that government subsidies can benefit both the economic and environmental performance of all supply chain members.Even if the target of government subsidy is manufacturers,it can still play an incentive role to retailers,but only when the government subsidy exceeds a certain amount can it play this role.A game model under government subsidies is obtained in this studies,which to some extent enriches and expands the research on supply chain governance.In addition,specific governance strategies are proposed based on the results of mathematical deduction.In practice,it is beneficial for the government and supply chain members to make rational use of resources in the production process and further improve business efficiency.
