The L Bank of China Postal Savings Bank has abundant practical experience in the credit business of small and micro enterprises.Its overall network has covered the vast area of Liaoning and Shenzhen,serving directly the customer groups of small and micro enterprises with weak economic foundation.It has a deeper understanding of the needs and risk characteristics of the customer groups of small and micro enterprises.However,with the fierce competition in the financial market and the arrival of capital winter,all commercial banks are actively distributing the credit business of small and micro enterprises,and the credit market competition of L Bank is more fierce.For this reason,the research on the credit strategy of small and micro enterprises in L Bank has become an urgent problem for managers.Firstly,this paper elaborates the current background and significance of the study.Then,starting with literature review and theoretical analysis,this paper uses credit rationing theory and transaction cost theory to analyze the current development status of credit business of small and micro enterprises in L Bank,and to analyze many potential problems,including insufficient total business and credit.The product lags behind,the work flow system is cumbersome and the professional human resources are scarce.In view of these problems,this paper attempts to give practical solutions based on credit rationing theory and transaction cost theory Hope to be able to provide some help for L Bank small and micro enterprises credit business development.Discussing the significance of the countermeasures to the credit business of small and micro enterprises of L Bank can effectively expand the current research theory on one level;on the other hand,it can help the theory to transform into practice,and help L Bank effectively formulate the corresponding credit strategies for small and micro enterprises in its practical work.Effectively guaranteeing the development of the credit business of postal savings bank,at the same time,it can effectively improve the overall marketing ability of L Bank.
