In the current period of the rapid development of science and technology,can be said that talent is the motive power of enterprise development.Talent is also a free flow of goods,reasonable circulation of talent for optimizing the manpower structure of general enterprises,maintain stable and sustainable development is actually beneficial.However,if an enterprise talent flow is too large or too frequently,especially in the core job of employees in the company,they have mastered the key technology of the company,or even the company’s secret,their turnover will be the company’s development and stability of new serious impact.Therefore,the IT enterprises through their own human resource system optimization,to retain talent and inspire them,let them play a greater potential,improve the loyalty of the talent and the enterprise satisfaction,so as to promote the company’s long-term development has become all IT companies must to face and solve the key problems.Therefore,it is very important to study how to deal with the brain drain for the survival and development of IT enterprises.Combined with the theory of human resource management,in reference to the results of previous studies based on,in-depth analysis of the real reason of IT enterprise brain drain,combined with the practice of H company,explore feasible to deal with the IT enterprise brain drain methods and strategies.Research shows that H can through the following measures to deal with the problem of the loss of talent.First,the establishment of reasonable selection mechanism;secondly,the optimization of scientific compensation incentive and performance evaluation system;again,strengthen the management of employees career planning;finally,create left enterprise culture,improve the internal talent market.These measures also have a very good reference for other enterprises IT.
