With the development of the modern economy, more and more multinational corporations beach in China. Meanwhile, with the strengthen of the competiveness of the local IT enterprises and the emergence of the domestic medium-sized and small enterprises, the environment of the market becomes more and more competitive and talents play an increasingly important role in the survival and growth of the IT enterprises. The NT Software Company also finds itself in a difficult position. The large flood of brain drain causes huge losses to the development of the company. This paper uses the methods of questionnaires, documentation and case analysis, and takes NT Software Company as the chief source. It aims to analyze the reasons for the brain drain and provide suggestions and possible solutions to the problem, through survey via questionnaires sent randomly to the employees, unofficial talk to the former employees and consulting the human resource data, etc.The paper first states the development of the brain drain theory both domestic and broad and meanwhile introduces the basic conditions of the NT Software Company and the brain drain status-quo. Starting from the respective demand of the IT talents and the company, the paper, at one hand, gives a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the features and causes of the high brain drain rate from the aspects of motivation system and enterprise management such as salary system, promotions, enterprise culture, etc. It also analyzes and explores the reasons for the high brain drain rate problem which NT Software Company is now facing. On the other hand, this paper also provides corresponding solutions and policy measures to the problem and aims to improve the present salary system and establish a more thorough, inspiring salary system, performance evaluation system and organizational structure, which mainly solve the brain drain problem caused by the imperfect salary welfare system and the career development plan, etc.Based on the above research, the paper intends to solve the problem of the brain drain and, establish a perfect inspiring system, which will retain the talents, enhance the competiveness of the company and realize the win-win between the employees and the company. The paper can also provide references to other enterprises in the same dilemma.
