Study On The Construction Of Rural Complex In Changle Village Of Shexian County

With the development of the times,China has entered a highly industrialized era,and the urbanization of the vast rural areas is also in full swing.Along with the deepening of development,the same urbanization elements invaded the countryside,and the human history and natural ecology of rural areas were disturbed and destroyed to varying degrees.The simple and rude direct introduction cannot be effectively integrated with the actual situation of the village.It leads to different levels of problems in rural development and cannot reasonably meet the people's living needs.Rural development must be linked to farmers' living habits,production characteristics,and ecological advantages for more scientific and sustainable planning.In this case,it is necessary and practical to implement the rural complex construction for rural planning development.In the specific research process,this paper discusses the research background,research purpose,significance,research status,research content,research methods,research implementation framework and so on.Combining with the case study at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the pastoral complex,and puts forward the overall planning and design for its construction in theory.Based on the overall analysis of the construction of rural complex in Changle Village,four problems in the development are put forward: lack of labor resources,imperfect integration of agricultural industry chain,lack of cultural characteristics in rural construction and serious environmental pollution in rural areas.The four problems are elaborated in detail,and the countermeasures are put forward,which are summarized as follows: taking peasants as the main body,insisting on the surname of peasants as peasants and insisting on agriculture.Comprehensive development of industry,promoting the deep integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,adapting measures to local conditions,highlighting cultural characteristics,strengthening ecological protection,and ensuring sustainable agricultural development.Secondly,the paper narrates the overall construction plan of rural complex of Changle Village in Shexian County,and makes detailed planning and design from six aspects: first,guiding ideology and planning principles;second,it summarizes the planning and design of Changle Village in Shexian County from macro,meso andmicro levels;third,the overall positioning and planning characteristics of Changle Village in Shexian County;and fourth,the planning and design of Changle Village in Shexian County.The overall planning layout of Changle Village includes five special plans of Changle Village in Shexian County and six district plans of Changle Village in Shexian County.Finally,this paper concludes that in the process of realizing the construction of pastoral complex,the specific development model of Changle Village can be summarized as the model of agriculture + culture and tourism + community.At the same time,we should adhere to the idea of keeping pace with the times,adhere to the strategy of sustainable development,and eventually establish a duplicate industry-driven development of people-oriented new community.
