XYZ agriculture products Ltd.Co(hereinafter referred to as "XYZ"),an important force in China's agricultural products circulation market,made a great contribution to the development of our country's agricultural products circulation industry.After the development of 28 years,it's transaction volume hits the first in the world and it ensures 80% of the supply of agricultural products in Beijing city.But the industry competition increasingly fierce,the policy environment changing unpredictably and the consumer spending habits have changed with the development of the market,XYZ faces new opportunities and challenges.The changes of the external environment and the needs of enterprise's development promote XYZ into the transformation path.This research adopts the field investigation and interview,questionnaire,data analysis,literature research and other methods to study on the XYZ's strategic transformation.This paper firstly analyzes the industry environment,policy environment and its influences on the transformation of XYZ.Then starting from the actual situation of XYZ,this paper uses the platform theory to guide the enterprise ‘s strategic transformation practice.Furthermore,the business layout scheme of platform strategy and its safeguard measures of implementation were also studied.Through the study of this paper,the main conclusions are as follows: present situation of agricultural products circulation industry provides opportunities for XYZ's strategic transformation and the integration policies of Beijing Tianjin Hebei makes the company's contradiction more sharply,therefore,XYZ's transformation has become inevitable.Based on other scholars' related research on platform strategy and XYZ's actual situation,using the platform theory to guide XYZ's strategic transformation has very strong applicability.So this paper puts forward B2 R transformation strategy to achieve the long-term development of the enterprise.The implementation of B2 R platform strategy can make the completion of the market's logistics,capital flow and information flow in the control,enhance the stickiness of bilateral market groups and stimulate the network effect of the platform.The study on XYZ's strategic transformation provide new ideas and methods for the strategic transformation of other enterprises,and also provides guidance for the application of platform strategy in business practice.
