The circulation of agricultural products is related to the development of agricultural industrialization and the process of agricultural modernization.There is no doubt that the circulation of agricultural products in the national economy has an important position.Lacking of efficient agricultural products circulation system will lead to agricultural products,especially fresh agricultural products,limited its circulation.Agricultural products market has emerged "buy hard,sell hard" and "sell cheap,buy expensive" situation,agricultural products has increased production but not increased income or reduced income,and other problems.As one of the most important forms of industrial organization and institutional arrangement in the supply chain of agricultural products in China,farmer cooperatives are important subject of circulation system of agricultural products,and its sales channel is the integral part of circulation of agricultural products.In view of this,it is of great significance to study the circulation efficiency of farmer cooperatives.Based on the theory of economic efficiency,the theory of marketing channel and the theory of evolutionary economics,this paper studies the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in farmer cooperatives and the optimization strategy of circulation channel.Based on the survey data of the circulation of fresh agricultural products in 147 farmer cooperatives in Jiangxi Province,the author uses the DEA model to measure the circulation efficiency of agricultural cooperatives,and then through the Tobit model to find the sales channels that have the greatest influence on the circulation efficiency of the peasant cooperatives.Using the random forest and decision tree method,looking for efficient agricultural products sales channels and channels combination.The results of the study are as follows:(1)At present,the circulation efficiency of agricultural cooperatives in our country is generally not high.The circulation efficiency of cooperatives,which is sent to the processing enterprises,the acquisition of shops and the e-commerce as the main sales channels is relatively high.Cooperatives participate in the wholesale market is the highest proportion,but its main sales channels of cooperatives circulation efficiency is not high;cooperatives to participate in agricultural super-docking circulation efficiency is low,not enough to become the main sales channels.(2)The wholesale market,traders come home acquisition,set up franchise stores three variables in the model estimates to achieve a significant level,farmers cooperatives to increase the proportion of sales of these channels will enhance the efficiency of agricultural products circulation.(3)the total assets,agricultural super-docking,community docking,home buyers acquisition is the impact of farmer cooperatives agricultural circulation efficiency of the first four important factors;scale in the middle of the cooperatives agricultural products circulation efficiency is low;agricultural super-docking more than 35%Circulation efficiency will decline;e-commerce sales channels of farmers cooperatives circulation efficiency is higher,but its current efficiency of agricultural circulation is not high.(<25%),medium-sized cooperatives choose a moderate proportion of the wholesale market(<25%),agricultural super-docking(<25%),the circulation of cooperatives has a large proportion of cooperative choice effectiveness.In the end,this paper puts forward the channel optimization strategy for different scale farmers' cooperatives: the small-scale cooperatives adopt the "fine" and "united" strategies,the medium-scale cooperatives implement the "selective multi-channel combination" strategy,the large-scale cooperative implement the "Vertical collaboration" and "vertical integration" strategy.
