In the adjustment of economic structure,the gradual liberalization of the interest rate and foreign exchange market,in the background of the rise of the Internet financial,traditional banking industry is experiencing new challenges for hundreds of years,but opportunities too.For China's domestic banking,the layout of retail business has become a strategic goal,and for the retail sector base is relatively weak in GR bank,how to adapt to the trend of the times of self positioning,to develop retail business,enhance the retail business scale,and ultimately achieve the goal of profit enhance? Throughout the world,many large financial groups have already realized the profit system dominated by retail business,which is different from the profit margin of our domestic banks for a long time.With the advance of interest rate market,the domestic banking industry in the past "lying to make money" have gone for ever,and to young GR bank,also is a huge challenge.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the retail business of foreign banks and the development of the status quo,this paper summarizes some advanced experiences.On the basis of this,combining with the analysis of the external environment of domestic policy and economy and human environment,as well as the internal environment analysis of GR banking retail business,through the in-depth understanding and summary of its products,risks,channels and other aspects,and find out the current difficulties and shortcomings of GR Bank's retail business.It is expected to get an innovative way to contribute to the development of retail business of GR Bank and provide some suggestions for the future development of retail banking business of GR Bank.This paper is divided into three parts.First of all,it explains the content of retail banking business,and introduces the history and current situation of retail banking development in foreign countries.The second part uses the method of literature survey,specific to the GR bank's own attributes and characteristics,explains GR bank internal and external situation and characteristics of the retail business,and later founds the problem,then put forward suggestions to solve the problem.,The third part puts forward the strategy plan for the development and innovation of GR bank retail business through logical reasoning,mainly in the product operation process,service innovation,risk control and big data marketing,combined with the current economic environment and competition situation,adding some elements of the Internet thinking,complying with the development trend of the times.
