With economy globalization and economy knowledge well spreads today,more and more enterprises see the tendency of mergers and acquisitions(M&A),they realize the importance of M&A,and are now ready to joint the trend.The global growth of M&A has bring its era,however,some success,but some are not.What determines the success or failure of these activities? What is the role of human resources management should be in these activities.Starting from the background paper,analyzes the enterprise merger mode,main factors affecting integration principle and influence of enterprise.Based on the author's own work experience as a reference to the process of integration of human resources of T company after the merger was described,for human the problems encountered in the integration of resources are analyzed,and the T's strategy of human resource integration in the future is put forward from the perspective of human resources.The paper hopes to T company human resources integration research,provides some feasible suggestions for a specific and feasible integration strategy for enterprises to find,has a certain theoretical guidance and practical reference significance on the practice of enterprise management.
