The Evaluation Research On Financial Situation Of Listed Companies In Guizhou

Guizhou is located in the southwest of China.It is important area for the strategic deployment of the "western development".There were twenty nine listed companies in Guizhou Province by the March of 2018.At the end of 2017,the stock market value of these companies ran over one trillion yuan.The value ranked the twenty-seventh in the 31 provinces of China.For listed company,the key point of development is not only technology research and development,product sales,but also the evaluation of financial situation.Therefore,it is important and necessary to research the financial status of listed company for a region.The financial status evaluation can not only reflect the financial operation of enterprises intuitively,but also provide an important basis for the management of enterprises to measure their performance and improve their management.It can also provide an important relevant information for many small and medium-sized investors to help them make wise investment decisions and improve information asymmetry.This paper takes 27 listed companies in Guizhou Province as the research objects,and selects 12 financial data indicators in the financial report of the whole year of2017.The paper uses factor analysis method to construct the system of financial indicators and researches the financial status of listed companies in Guizhou Province.The index system extracts five common factors: profitability factor,solvency factor,operating ability factor,expansion ability factor and cash flow ability factor,and calculates the comprehensive financial status evaluation score and ranks of each listed company.According to consequence of analysis,we can conclude that the number of high-quality listed companies in Guizhou Province is on the low side.The overall quality of the listed enterprises is on the low side and the regional level of operating capacity and financial situation of private enterprises is low.The performance gap between enterprises in different industries is obvious and the situation of development between enterprises in different regions and states is not balanced.
