The Research On The Improvement Of Inventory Management In Changsha Lianyuan Company

With the rapid development of economic globalization and the increasingly refined division of labor in the market,competition among enterprises is gradually transforming into competition among supply chain management,and inventory management is the most basic and important part of supply chain management in modern enterprises.Research on the improvement of enterprise inventory management has practical value and theoretical significance for enterprises to strengthen control management and enhance the management efficiency of enterprises.Based on the research of inventory management improvement of Changsha Lianyuan Company,this paper analyses the problems and causes of inventory management of Changsha Lianyuan Company,and then puts forward the development countermeasures to improve the inventory management of Changsha Lianyuan Company.It is hoped that the research can strengthen the understanding of enterprise inventory management in theory,and also provide valuable suggestions for the improvement of inventory management in Changsha Lianyuan Company.This paper combines the theory of inventory management and supply chain management and literature review at home and abroad to elaborate,and then puts forward the research methods and framework of the paper.Then from the aspects of inaccurate inventory information,poor performance of warehouse management and poor communication with suppliers,this paper analyzes the current situation of inventory management in Changsha Lianyuan Company,and then analyzes the causes of the problems in inventory management in Changsha Lianyuan Company.Lack of inventory management methods,imperfect warehouse performance management system and inadequate supplier management are the main reasons for the current inventory management problems of Changsha Lianyuan Company.Through the analysis of these reasons one by one,combined with the development strategy and actual situation of Changsha Lianyuan Company,this paper puts forward the ideas and principles of improving inventory management scheme of Changsha Lianyuan Company,and designs the improvement scheme from three aspects: inventory management means,warehouse performance management and supplier management.At the same time,the concrete implementation steps of the improvement plan and the guarantee measures for the smooth implementation of the improvement plan are given.It is predicted that the effect of accurate inventory information,improved warehouse management performance and reduced procurement cost will be achieved.By studying and discussing the inventory management improvement of Changsha Lianyuan Company,this paper can put forward constructive development countermeasures for the inventory management improvement of Changsha Lianyuan Company.It is hoped that the case study of Lianyuan Company in Changsha can provide reference and suggestions for the improvement of inventory management in other similar manufacturing enterprises,make these enterprises realize that the improvement of inventory management can promote the improvement of market competitiveness of enterprises,and further optimize the management of internal and external resources of enterprises,so that enterprises can show stronger market competitiveness.
