The Research On Improving The Capability Of Technological Innovation In Valin Lianyuan Steel&Iron Company

Technology innovation in iron&steel enterprises is considered the lasting motive of the sustainable development, particularly under the competitive crisis that all iron&steel enterprises are faced with severe over-production and the financial crisis beginning form2008, iron&steel enterprises will be put into a fire-new competitive era, and technology innovation must be the most importment core competence. This paper is based on the correlative theories, by contrast research with same trade in China and around the world, synthetically adopting researching methods such as demonstration, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the innovative capability in technology in LISC is researched in depth. Opinions and advices about how to improve the innovative capability in technology in LISC are put forward. The content of this paper is included as follows:(1) Based on the connotation of technology innovation in iron&steel enterprises, refering to the familiar appraising index in technology innovation, by contrast with the same trade in China and around the world, the actuality in the innovative capability in technology in LISC is analysised and researched mostly from aspects as follows:innovative achievements (such as patents, papers, award in science and technology, etc), investment in technological innovation, persons with innovative capability, the organization and establishment on technological innovation.(2) The main issues existing in the innovative capability in technology in LISC are anlysised by demonstration and contrast research. In systems of technological innovation, a system design that ensure profit can be shared for a long term is lack. In the stratagical aspect of technological innovation, production is attached more importance to than process, imitation is attached more importance to than original creation, short term is attached more importance to than long term. In the aspect of investment on technological innovation, the strength is not enough, and the investing direction is not good. In the aspect of human resources in technological innovation, persons with high innovative capability are lack, the stimulation and training on innovative persons, the recognition and utilization of human resources out LISC are not enough.(3) Aiming at the issues existing in the innovative capability in technology in LISC existing in the innovative capability in technology in LISC, approches and methods are put forward. These included aspects as follows:in the aspect of system, to built a performance systems that are benefit to technological innovation, to construct a system that profit can be shared in a long term; in the stratagical aspect of technological innovation, orienting to low cost and high profit, short term innovation and medium-long term innovation should be layout with reason, innovation in production and innovation in process should be payed equal attention to, original creation and imitation should be attached importance to at the same time. In the aspects of channel and methods of technological innovation, the cooperative innovation with other enterprises should be promoted actively, the research projects can invite public bidding with contracts nationally, the technological innovation among the mass should be promoted actively technological innovation. In the aspect of investment, the investment on technological innovation should be increased properly, and the distribution of technological investment should be optimized. In the aspect of human resources, a rational performance and salary system should be built up, the training of innovative employee, and the management of team in innovative projects should be strengthed. In the aspect of research and development of technological information, the foundation of inner informationization, the utilization of technological information in the process of production, and the information out the enterprise should be strengthed.(4) Some guaranteed measures are put forward to improve the innovative capability in technology in LISC. In the fields of production and marketing, the management of interface should be perfect, in the field of research and development, the combination of trades, schools and research institutions should be strengthened. In the field of production, a union of research should be built up.
