In recent years,with the development of society,the increase of employment pressure and the sharp increase of demand for high-end talents,the "People Robbery War" has become more and more intense in all parts of the country and the headhunting industry has developed rapidly.In foreign countries,headhunting recruitment has become very popular.Meanwhile,in China,headhunting recruitment also plays an increasingly important role in talent recruitment.However,headhunting business has only entered the Chinese market for more than 20 years,with poor industry norms and few related scientific research.The majority of enterprises are crossing the river by touching the stones,developing and growing in constant attempts and mistakes,which seriously restricts the development of headhunting companies and industry.D company,as one of the senior headhunting companies in China,is facing a critical period of diversification strategy.Nevertheless,the operating profit of the core headhunting business shows a downward trend,and headhunting business process optimization is imminent.In this paper,literature research,interviews and questionnaires,combined with value chain analysis,fishbone diagram analysis,5 why analysis and other methods,from five dimensions: cost,effectiveness,work efficiency,flexibility and customer satisfaction are used to analyze D company headhunting business process status and the ultimate causes of problems.The theory of process reengineering is adopted to guide headhunting business process optimization and put forward four schemes for the optimization of core business process,namely,customer development proposal,job analysis and talent search,interview,offer negotiation and entry management.Based on the theory of PDCA cycle and SDCA cycle of total quality management,this paper expounds the implementation process of the process optimization scheme,predicts the possible obstacles in the implementation process,and ensures the smooth implementation of the new process by means of unifying ideological recognition strengthening organizational construction,remolding enterprise culture and optimizing information system etc.For one thing,this study has guiding significance for headhunting business process optimization of D company.For another,it has certain reference value for other companies in the same industry to optimize business process.At the same time,it also has certain learning and reference value for headhunters.
