Research On The Optimization Of Technological Innovation Organization Structure Of SD Electronic Information Company

As a globalized,pioneering and fast-iterating high-tech industry,the electronic information industry has been one of the pillar industry in China.In recent years,China has issued policies to accelerate the development of the industry,especially represented by cloud computing,Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence and 5G communication in the area of new generation of information network technology.Although China is already the largest manufacturing base of electronic information products in the world,problems,such as weak core competitiveness,restriction of key technologies and materials,low added value and profit of industrial chain,and weak independent innovation ability of enterprises,are still prominent.In terms of how to seize the opportunity to resolve the technological bottleneck,many enterprises regard technological innovation as a breakthrough and primary strategy,but the implementation of technological innovation strategy requires a corresponding organizational structure to reassure its implementation,which is should be paid attention and insights of the enterprises.This paper takes SD Electronic Information Company as an example.Firstly,it mainly studies the organizational theory including organizational structure theory,organizational structure optimization theory,organizational structure design principles etc..to provide theoretical support for the research of the paper for relevant solutions.Second,based on the status quo of the organizational structure of technological innovation in the company,we organize and carry out the investigation and research to uncover the conspicuous problems in the enterprise in terms of management level and scope,overlapping organization settings,declining organizational effectiveness year by year,poor sharing of resources and information,insufficient innovation motivation,and incomplete talent mechanism.Finally,on the basis of the current situation of the enterprise and the analysis of the influencing factors of the organizational structure of the enterprise,the optimization scheme of the organizational structure of the company's technological innovation is designed and put forward safeguard measures for the implementation of the scheme from the aspects of organizational management,human resources and information communication.Thus,the conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The optimization of organizational structure is directly affected by the changes of internal and external environment.(2)Organizational structure optimization must be able to effectively promote the realization of enterprise strategic objectives.(3)The optimization of organizational structure should be guided by stimulating the technological innovation vitality of enterprises.(4)Organizational structure optimization is intended to keep the foothold on the reality of enterprises and to solve problems.The research results of this paper provide a good solution for SD Electronic Information Company to promote technological innovation from the perspective of organizational structure optimization,and can be used as an important basis for future organizational structure optimization of the enterprise.In addition,it is intended to offer experience and reference value for the optimization of organizational structure of relevant enterprises in the industry.In the last place,it is expected that the practical application of the theory of organizational structure at home and abroad will bring new enlightenment to the direction of theoretical research.
