Study Of Technological Innovation Efficiency On China’s Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry

Electronic information manufacturing industry is the important component of the high technology industry, as well as the strategic, fundamental and pioneering industry of the national economy. However, the development model of electronic information manufacturing industry that pays more attention to production rather than quality have not been changed, so as its generally low industrial technology innovation ability and repetitive low value-added products. The promotion of the technology innovation efficiency of electronic information manufacturing industry is not only a breakthrough of the electronic information manufacturing industry transformation, but also an important key which led the entire national economy transfer towards innovation drive.The paper uses various ways to evaluate the technology innovation efficiency comprehensively. Firstly, in the perspective of the value chain, technological innovation can be divided into two stages, so the two stage of the technological innovation efficiency can be calculated and analyzed. Secondly, by analyzing on the influencing factors of the technology innovation efficiency empirically, it shows that the technology innovation of electronic information manufacturing industry is influenced by several factors. Therefore, to improve the technology innovation efficiency, we should take follow measures. First is to take different approaches in different areas; second is to give full play to the electronic information manufacturing industry enterprise;three is to build the institutional environment to make sure that electronic information manufacturing industry enterprises are running at a moderate size; four is to formulate a dynamic environmental regulation policy; the last is to continue to promote market-oriented reform, and to create a favorable market environment for the electronic information manufacturing enterprises to innovate.
