At present,With the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,only retaining talents can ensure the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.Therefore,the salary system of enterprises is very important.The quality of the salary system directly affects the loyalty of employees.In this paper,a state-owned corporations-YS company as an example,and the existing research on related theory of the inductive analysis,from the level of compensation management,salary,welfare three dimensions research analyzes the present situation of YS company compensation system,and loyalty to the employees as the main basis to measure YS company compensation system is good or bad,through questionnaire survey,to obtain the empirical data carried on the thorough analysis of data,and according to the analysis results from the different dimensions of proposed to improve the compensation system,and according to the suggestion,improve the compensation system from the organization,system,technology and culture in different aspects,such as the implementation of the specific protection measures are put forward.Through data analysis,the influencing factors of the salary system are reclassified into five dimensions,namely,salary and welfare,basis for salary setting,salary information transparency,salary level and other relevant factors.After further data analysis,it is found that:One is salary information transparency positive affect employee loyalty,the higher the compensation information transparency,staff is willing to work conscientiously observe discipline and rules and regulations,steadfast completes the labor of duty,but YS company lie in the imperfection of the information about the compensation,compensation calculation method is not clear,pay policy consistency and fairness wanting to YS company pay information transparency is poor,so YS company need to constantly improve existing compensation structure,content and management of information,improve the compensation policy of fairness and consistency,improve the transparency of salary information for grassroots employees;Secondly,the compensation information content,the compensation on the basis of positive influence on employees' emotional loyalty,namely,salary information,the continuous improvement of the benefits,help improve the emotional loyalty of YS company employees,improve employees sense of belonging,sense of responsibility and sense of honor,compensation on the basis of the more pay attention to individual ability,can provide emotional loyalty of employees,therefore,the specific content of through perfecting the existing compensation,and constantly improve existing compensation basis,in order to realize the purpose of improving employees' emotional loyalty;Third,in order to reduce the turnover rate of employees and improve their continued loyalty,enterprises need to comprehensively consider other factors,such as culture,sports and tour construction and other factors related to the salary system,which are all conducive to reducing the turnover rate of enterprises.Finally,it is suggested that YS company continuously improve the current compensation system from the aspects of compensation information content,establishment basis and information transparency.It is suggested that the company provide corresponding guarantee measures for the improved compensation system from the aspects of total organization,system,technology and culture to ensure the smooth implementation of the compensation system.The research in this paper is helpful for YS to improve the existing salary system,and achieve the goals of reducing turnover rate,improving employees' sense of belonging and loyalty,reducing over staffing and improving employees' work efficiency.
