Considering that domestic and foreign scholars do not have a unified understanding of the connotation and measurement of constructive disobedience,therefore,the current research on constructive disobedience is not comprehensive and in-depth enough.At the same time,although,some scholars have done a lot of research on the influence of leadership style on enterprise performance appraisal or performance appraisal,from the perspective of enterprise innovation performance,especially for small start-up companies,the research on the relationship between constructive disobedience behavior and enterprise innovation performance with leadership style as the regulating variable has not appeared.The main significance of this study lies in,pointing at small start-up companies,exploring the influence of employees' constructive disobedience on innovation performance under different leadership styles,aiming at providing a management idea for the innovation and development of small start-up companies.Compared with foreign enterprises and large state-owned enterprises,small enterprises,especially small start-ups,are more sensitive to organizational changes,and more eager to change their demands.Therefore,they can get rid of the dilemma of innovation,not only improve innovation efficiency on the basis of existing,but also stimulate innovation sense of smell and maintenance.The competitive advantage of innovation in the future is one of the core issues in the development of small enterprises.Based on the problems faced by small enterprises,this study introduces the independent variable-employee constructive disobedience behavior,studies the relationship between employee constructive disobedience behavior and enterprise innovation performance,and on this basis,in order to regulate the influence of leadership style on enterprise innovation performance,introduces the moderating variable-leadership style(Trust and Authority),and studies employee constructive disobedience behavior.Based on the analysis of the existing literature,this study proposes two hypotheses: hypothesis one is that employees' constructive disobedience will have a positive impact on innovation performance,Another hypothesis is that the results of employees' disobedience will be affected by different leadership styles,that is,leadership style affects innovation in employees' disobedience behavior.,it plays a moderating role in the process of performance.Empirical analysis of pre-questionnaire and formal questionnaire shows that the individual and organizational levels of employees' constructive disobedience have significant positive effects on innovation performance;At the level of authoritative leadership style,there is a strong positive correlation between constructive disobedience and innovation performance,while at the level of trust type,there is a strong correlation between constructive disobedience and innovation performance.Under the level of leadership style,the positive correlation between constructive disobedience and innovation performance is weak,which indicates that authoritative and trusted leadership style plays a moderating role between constructive disobedience and innovation performance.Hypothesis two is verified.The results of this study can be used by relevant enterprises or scholars for research,especially for the innovation and development of small start-up companies,providing a management idea for reference.
