The research of leadership is an important aspect in the field of the management research. The low leadership performance is a worldwide problem, especially for Chinese enterprises. The property right of most western enterprise has decentralized. There is no fundamental contradiction between the leadership problem and the property right system. The leadership problem is mainly related with the adaptation to the changing environment. Western researchers concentrate on the contextual factors when doing research of leadership performance, factors related with the property right was regarded as one of the contextual factors, but not the basic setting factor. In the Chinese special institutional and cultural environment, the leadership problem has some contradiction with the development of the property right system. The property right of the enterprises is centralized and the institutional construction is lack. However, the changing environment requires the leader to pay more attention to the participation of the member and do some reform so as to improve the leadership performance. Scholars at home ignored the reality when doing the research on the leadership and leadership performance. So the study distinguishes the property right system from the average contextual factors, considering the leadership style, and analyzes the relationship of the leadership style and the leadership performance on the basis of the property right system. The result of the study has the significance for the leaders to form the appropriate leadership style with the certain property right system, thus improve the leadership performance.The target of the study is the enterprises in Zhejiang province. The study take the use of cross-subject integrated and empirical research methods to analyze the leadership differences on the basis of the property right system and the influence of the property right system on the relation between the leadership style and the leadership performance. According to the characteristics of the enterprises in Zhejiang province, the study reclassifies the leadership style.
