Promoting the state-owned enterprises mixed ownership reform and promoting the common development of various ownership economies is China's current main construction task.In the current upsurge of mixed ownership reform, the introduction of non-state-owned capital, especially private capital, has attracted much attention. However,in the process of reform, there are many obstacles, the enthusiasm of state-owned enterprises is not high, and the motivation of private enterprises is insufficient. The reasons for these problems are all related to the worries about the participation of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in the reform. The most essential reason is that state-owned enterprises and private enterprises do not realize the real "sharing" in the mixed ownership reform. Therefore,it is an important theoretical and practical subject to explore the logical relationship between the sharing economy and the private enterprises' participation in the state-owned enterprises mixed ownership reform, and to construct the mixed ownership reform model under the background of sharing economy. The thirteenth Five-Year Plan clearly puts forward that "Strengthen the state-owned enterprises reform " and "actively and steadily develop the mixed ownership economy." The 2016 Central Economic Work Conference clearly stated that the mixed ownership reform is an important breakthrough for the state-owned enterprises reform.The19 th session of national congress of the communist party of China clearly stated that "deepening the state-owned enterprises reform, developing the mixed-ownership economy, and cultivating world-class enterprises with global competitiveness." General Secretary Xi Jinping's series speech, the Fifth Plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee, the 13 th five-year Plan, etc.,explicitly put forward the development of the sharing economy and the implementation of the concept of "sharing".It can be seen that this paper, based on the new perspective of the sharing economy, studies the problems of the private enterprises' participation in the state-owned enterprises mixed ownership reform, which is undoubtedly the focus of the current hot issues.First of all, starting from the present situation of private enterprises participating in the reform of state-owned enterprises, this paper analyzes the motivation and resistance of both private enterprises and state-owned enterprises to participate in the reform, and further analyzes the specific reasons for its resistance.Secondly,it expounds the theory and connotation of sharing economy systematically, clears up the logical connection between sharing economy and private enterprises' participation in the state-owned enterprises reform, and constructs the network integration mode of private enterprises' participation in thestate-owned enterprises mixed reform under the sharing economy.Thirdly, the paper makes an empirical study on the efficiency and influencing factors of networked integration model, and makes a comparative analysis of the overall sample, sharing and non-sharing mode, industrial cluster and non-industrial cluster model. The results show that the network integration mode of private enterprises' participation in state-owned enterprises' mixed reform can obviously promote the management performance of state-owned mixed enterprises and improve the efficiency of enterprise governance.Equity sharing, power sharing and benefit sharing have a significant positive impact on the performance of state-owned mixed enterprises. In the overall sample, the key factors affecting business performance are state-owned capital, followed by private capital. The Networked Integration Model of Private Enterprises participating in the Reform of State-owned Enterprises under the sharing Mode compared with the non-sharing Mode It's more obvious. The private capital plays a more critical role in the sharing mode, and the non-sharing mode is more critical to China's capital contribution. The industrial cluster sample is more obvious than the non-industrial cluster sample private enterprise's participation in the network integration model of the state-owned enterprise. The private capital and external capital in the industrial cluster sample play a more critical role, and the non-industrial cluster sample has a more critical role in capital. Finally, based on the results of the above analysis, the policy system are put forward,so as to promote the participation of the private enterprises in the reform of state-owned enterprises.
