In the human resources management system of modern enterprises,a very important part is performance management.Strengthening performance management and optimizing performance management system can greatly improve the overall level of human resources management of enterprises.Scientific performance management will play a very good role in improving the efficiency and enthusiasm of employees,and create for enterprises.Make more value.In our country,the security service industry has a long history,but the real formation of modern enterprises is after the reform and opening up.Because of the particularity of the security service industry,it is more and more urgent and important to strengthen the management level of enterprises and improve the overall quality of employees in the security service industry.Today's security service enterprises urgently need to establish a set of scientific,efficient and perfect enterprise performance management system on the basis of advanced human resource management theory.Enhance the work enthusiasm of security personnel,promote the continuous improvement of service quality,make the human resources management of security service enterprises more scientific,and the effect of management is more obvious.Furthermore,it provides strong support for the healthy development of the security service industry.This paper takes Qinhuangdao CA Security Service Company as the research object,,using balanced scorecard(BSC)and key performance indicators(KPI)and other research tools.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the performance management system of CA security service company,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the optimization scheme of the performance management system for the enterprise based on the relevant theory and the actual situation of the enterprise.The overall context of the paper is as follows: In the introduction part,the purpose,background,significance and method of the study are clarified.On this basis,the related theories of performance management are sorted out in an all-round way to provide a comprehensive theoretical basis for the follow-up study.In the second chapter,the related concepts,application theory and research tools are elaborated.In the third chapter,the status quo of the performance management system of CA security service company is analyzed through field investigation,interviews and questionnaires.Emphasis is laid on clarifying the strategic objectives of the enterprise,the performance evaluation index system and the performance management process.In the fourth chapter,aiming at the problems found above,the optimization scheme of performance management of the enterprise is put forward.Firstly,the necessity of system optimization is elaborated and the idea of optimization design is clarified,and the improvement and optimization strategies are put forward in the aspects of structure and content of performance management system,performance communication and feedback,and Application of performance evaluation results.Finally,the safeguard measures of the optimization scheme are put forward,including strengthening the organizational safeguard of the company's leadership,advocating and strengthening the construction of the company's performance culture,strengthening staff training and other safeguard measures,so as to ensure the effective implementation of the performance optimization scheme.
