| With the rapid development of social economy,the competitive situation of various industries is more intense,especially for the banking industry,competition tends to be heated.As a local financial institution,AS Agricultural Bank has made an important contribution to the local economic development.In recent years,in order to adapt to the fierce competition in the banking industry,AS Agricultural Bank of the continuous transformation and upgrading,has achieved good results.However,it has been proved by practice that AS Agricultural Bank has many problems in the performance appraisal,and needs to be perfected,whether these problems can properly solve the improvement of the overall performance of the enterprise,and also affect the realization of the enterprise’s strategic goal.This article takes AS Agricultural Commercial Bank as the research object,aims at the optimization of its performance appraisal system,the goal is to inspire the full staff to start a business enthusiasm,comprehensively enhances the enterprise management performance.In this paper,through the analysis of the status quo of the performance appraisal of the AS Agricultural Bank,we find some problems in performance appraisal,and combine with the actual situation,use the knowledge and theory of performance appraisal,balanced scorecard,key performance index,target management and so on,to optimize the performance examination system of AS Agricultural Bank,With a view to the local small and medium-sized financial institutions and other similar agricultural banks and rural credit cooperatives during the transition period of business performance improvement will have some reference significance.In this paper,a variety of research methods are combined,including questionnaires,case studies,literature analysis,induction and summary methods.The innovation lies in the specific case analysis,as the agricultural Business Bank is in the strategic transition period of development,the current management status and performance assessment of the current situation has a certain particularity,the study of the strategic transformation and development period of the agricultural Business Bank performance appraisal problem,has a certain uniqueness.At the same time,this paper uses the Balanced scorecard,key performance indicators and other performance assessment tools,with a certain degree of innovation. |
