Research On Green Supply Chain Strategy For Electronic Products

The sudden expansion demand of resource and energy for the development of humanity material civilization had already cause the environment and the resources destruction and green balanced being out of balance. Since the 21st century, the majority countries have adjusted their developmental strategy correspondingly successively, particularly Western developed country. The global industrial structure presented the green developmental strategy tendency, the green supply chain management has arisen at the historic moment. Various countries' government and the organization also in abundance release each kind of protection environment the policies and regulations, is for the purpose of protecting the environment. The European Union's environmental protection instruction (WEEE/ROHS/.EUP) was the most representation one, and has huge influence to the Chinese electron industry constitutes the green trade barrier sufficiently. Through the implementation green supply chain management, realizes the electronic electric appliance product in the entire supply chain the combined earnings maximization, and satisfies European Union's environmental protection instruction request, has the important meaning in realizing the green strategy and the sustainable development regarding the present electronic electric appliance enterprise, simultaneously also realizes the green supply chain management, sharpens the enterprise survivability and the competitive ability effective guarantee.This article first summarized the green supply chain management present research situation, analyzed the present research results as well as to our enlightenment. Then proposed the green supply chain gross structure, analyzes in the structure between each constituent and each constituent relations. Take the electronic electric appliance enterprise as the background, has introduced the thought which the green supply chain manages, elaborated the electronic electric appliance enterprise green supply chain management strategy, namely the green supply chain management implementation method and step. On the basis of the former foundation research, this paper proposed the green supply chain evaluating indicator system and has constructed the evaluation model which the green supply chain managed. At the same time, this article also unified the MD Corporation's case, manages the theory of the green supply chain management to utilize in the MD Corporation's practice.
