Research On The Civil-military Integration Of Aerospace Manufacturing Enterprises

Aerospace companies have to meet the national demand as own duty,but with the development of the society,national requirement for aerospace enterprise has completed by past a single national military space mission is given priority to,into the national longitudinal model task,on the basis of developing space technology application industry,expand the scale,improve business efficiency,service for the national economic construction and national defense modernization,it is for military and civilian harmony civil-military integration development put forward the urgent demand.This study in order to promote civil-military integration of aerospace enterprise as a starting point,according to the existing research of civil-military integration of related theory,first of all involved in the conversion of the relevant literature and theory,on the relationship between the military industry and civilian industry are analyzed,and analyze the civil-military integration in the research of the traditional development model,provides a theoretical basis for study of aerospace enterprise civil-military integration;Secondly,this paper analyzes on the characteristics of aerospace manufacturing,clear space of traditional manufacturing industry in the leading role and huge technical advantage,and then through to the Beijing aerospace enterprise group satellite factory object of research,with the standard of civil-military integration analysis,made clear Beijing satellite factory existing advantages and aerospace manufacturing industry,the necessity of civil-military integration,and analyzes the deficiency of the existing fusion situation;On the basis of the above,combined with Beijing satellite factory in military and civilian integration development strategic target,put forward the Beijing satellite factory improvement project of civil-military integration model of development,promote the development of the aerospace enterprise to a modern enterprise,improve the distribution of space technology,promote the development of aerospace enterprise and national economy and people's livelihood.This paper studies deeply represented by Beijing satellite manufacturer of aerospace enterprise civil-military integration development pattern,theorycombined with the actual integration plan and scheme is put forward,provides the basis for subsequent research,also need to implement the results to provide feedback,to promote the follow-up studies.
