With the continuous maturity of domestic transformer manufacturing industry,the increasingly fierce market competition,transformer manufacturing industry has entered the era of free competition in the overall market,manufacturers are facing severe cost challenges.How to remain invincible in the fierce market competition and find new profit sources has become the primary task of major enterprises.In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,rapidly changing external market and various internal environment of rising production costs,supply chain management and process reengineering have become two management modes to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.more and more companies have begun to reform their supply chain management system in order to improve the market of their enterprises.The ability to respond quickly and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.As a Sino-foreign joint venture of transformer manufacturing,KaiRui Company hopes to improve production mode,optimize supply chain management,eliminate waste in the value chain,participate in continuous improvement activities,save operating costs,and thus improve product competitiveness.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems in the supply chain management of KaiRui and optimizes the supply chain process.Using the investigation method to investigate the current situation of the supply chain management of KaiRui Company,it is found that there are problems in the supply chain management,namely,high cost of product materials,high inventory of finished products,and long production cycle.The reasons for the problems are the high cost and long cycle of imported materials,the inefficient supply chain management organization,the high inventory caused by the traditional promotion of production planning methods,the lack of lean management training for employees,and the lack of value flow analysis of transportation processes.The supply chain optimization scheme of KaiRuiis proposed.According to the relevant theory and combined with the actual situation of KaiRui Company,the optimal supply chain design is to optimize the supply chain process,optimize the logistics and transportation management,optimize the inventory by ABC inventory classification,and use the information system to optimize the online and offline integrated supply chain.We put forward the implementation and safeguard measures of KaiRui's supply chain optimization plan,namely,optimizing the organization structure,building an internal control mechanism for procurement management,building an internal lean logistics control mechanism for inventory management,building an internal control mechanism for supplier management,and strengthening the construction of a clean culture for enterprises.The expected effect of the implementation of the process optimization of the supply chain of KaiRui was evaluated and feedback was given.
