As an important part of China’s banking system,commercial Banks have an important influence on China’s development and national economy.The 13 th five-year plan conference clearly pointed out that China’s economic development should be combined with "going out" and "bringing in" to form a "two-way development" pattern,which also provides a huge opportunity for the development of China’s banking system.Compared with the booming development status of commercial Banks,the rate of talent turnover in commercial Banks is rising again and again.The excellent managers of commercial Banks usually have strong professional management ability and financial background knowledge,and such talents are highly mobile,which is not conducive to the development of the financial industry.In the fierce market competition,enterprises must constantly improve themselves to adapt to market changes.Commercial Banks must constantly adjust their development strategies,optimize the allocation of resources and personnel,in order to stand out in the peer competition.The salary incentive system is the most important reason affecting the flow of talents in commercial Banks.This paper takes the salary incentive system of bank X as the research object and discusses the existing problems in the current salary incentive system of bank X.At present,the remuneration of bank X is mainly composed of three parts: basic salary,incentive salary and other benefits.The salary distribution of employees can be divided into three types: basic salary of formal employees,basic salary of contract employees and salary of labor dispatch type.In general,regular employees earn the highest salaries,higher than the other two types of employees.This gap leads to low work enthusiasm of contract employees and labor dispatch employees,and insufficient business participation,which seriously affects the work efficiency of other bank staff.In this paper,the research of X bank staff incentive system optimization,will help improve its weak link of human resource management,solve the problem of talent outflow of truth,to strengthen internal management,improve the comprehensive assessment,promote the competitiveness of the industry has the positive significance of X bank for the future lay a good foundation for the long-term development,has a strong practical significance.
