C2M is a new type of "Internet + customized direct sales" e-commerce model generated under the background of industrial Internet,which is now adopted by more and more enterprises.From a business perspective,C2 M is characterized by multiple varieties,small batches,and customization.How to achieve mass production under the premise of satisfying customers' customized requirements is the main problem faced by C2 M practice.Therefore,from the perspective of enterprises,it is of theoretical and practical value to conduct optimization and decision-making research on customer orders,to seek the balance between customized customer satisfaction and mass production,to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.From the perspective of the enterprise,this paper analyzes the customer order optimization decision problem in the C2 M environment.On the basis of analyzing the C2 M customer demand characteristics and the enterprise production organization form,the key elements and main problems in the C2 M implementation process are clarified,and the order optimization strategy is proposed.The group technology is used to form a modular group and optimize the group production units.The purpose is to solve the problem of mass production by agilely satisfying the individualized customization requirements of the customers.(1)According to the small batch,multi-variety and customized features of C2 M,the group is used to split and cluster the orders.Based on the establishment of the order coding system to disassemble the order and apply the AHP to calculate the similarity of the order,the cluster analysis method is used to classify the order into a family,and the independent order of the customer is converted into the order clustering group,and the enterprise batch is proposed.Customized order optimization strategies.(2)In order to realize the batch customization under C2 M conditions,using the method of group production unit and the characteristics of virtual manufacturing cell,the virtual manufacturing cell construction method and virtual manufacturing cell model based on fuzzy C-means algorithm are presented,and the layout of the workshop is proposed.Optimize countermeasures.(3)Conduct an empirical study using HN corporate suit customization as an example.The main problems of HN enterprise customer order processing and production organization have verified the effectiveness of customer order optimization decision in shortening production cycle and improving customer response.The innovation of this paper is: aiming at the characteristics of small batch,multi-variety and customer customization in C2 M environment,the countermeasures of customer order split clustering optimization decision and group production unit optimization management are proposed,and its effectiveness is verified.
