Together with the consumers'individuation more and more extrusive, the former mass producing model has not been fit for the need of market, mass varieties & little quantity model become popular. To think about both efficiency and flexibility, the Group Technology is used widely. The Cellular Manufacturing System is the application of Group Technology. In these years, because of its excellence on simplify the producing flow, lowing down the prepare time, reduce the material dock and reduce the quality problems, it is paid attention and researched spread. With its NP-complete character, when facing huge problems, people are difficult to get the best answer in acceptable time, and they often get the near best answer by heuristic method.In this research, we use transmissible method to get the answer pf cell formation problem. On its target function, the research used the KPI----group efficacy, which was broadly used to deal with cell formation problems, as the function on cell formation problems, and take it as the estimation principle of chromosome's ability of accommodating in the process of transmissible method. Group efficacy could consider leasting the exceptional element together with biggestting the using rate inside cell, because these tow indexes are the most important and practical target. All of these above make the research more practical.In this research, on the basis of integrating literatures, considering the producing situation of the company, it used the cell manufacturing system which was founded in the research, to repair the assembly line. The research result shows that the method in this research becomes well.
