State-owned enterprises are owned by people.They play an important role in promoting the construction of a modern,powerful country and safeguarding people's the fundamental interests.They are the important political and material basis for our Party and our country to realize the "two hundred years" and the "Chinese Dream" which is the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.A new round state-owned enterprises reform starts with the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee on 2013.Under the leadership of the Party and our government,public figures from all sectors of society have deepened their understanding of the functional orientation of state capital economy.The state-owned enterprise has characteristics of both political and economic,and the vast group of employees in the enterprise also have the dual identity of "political man" and "economic man".In the process of reform,the contractual relationship between state-owned enterprises and their employees has changed also the psychological contract of employees has been constantly adjusted and changed.Therefore,from the perspective of employees' rights and interests,we will explore the current status of psychological contract of employees in state-owned enterprises,find out the key rights and interests variables affecting the psychological contract,and ultimately focus on the rights,interests and protectionof employees.This study analyzed the status of psychological contract of employees in state-owned enterprises from three aspects: rights,interests and psychological rights.Base on these three aspects to discuss the realization and protection of employees' right and interests.Through questionnaires and field studies,the study found that: from the perspective of employees' rights and interests in status-owned enterprises,there is a strong correlation between employees' expectation of organization responsibility and organization's expectation on employee responsibility.In predictive aspect,the predictive power of employees "expectation" is significantly higher than "organization's expectation".The rights and interests which state-owned enterprise given to employees,in power rights and interests,the implementation of staff's suggestion,criticism,prosecution and Party building is not enough.In interests,the remuneration of employees is lower than that of the same industry,reward system are not fully implemented,and promotion opportunities are less also channels are narrow.In psychological rights and interests,employee have low satisfaction in work content.From the perspective of employees,they have weak willingness to participate in the democratic management of enterprises;employee shows polarizes in promotion wills and lack the initiative to innovate.In psychological rights and interests,employee think they are low degree on realize their own values.Generally speaking,at present,the state-owned enterprises have not done enough to protect employees' rights and interests,and the staff groups have a lot of concerns about the exercisetheir rights and interests.Accordingly,this study believes that state-owned enterprises should continue to promote reform activities in depth,fully protecting employees' rights,interests and psychological rights,at the same time strengthen the cultural construction to effectively avoid the breakdown and violation of employees' psychological contracts.Our country should further deepen the reform of the relationship with the state-owned enterprises,establish and make our the legal system of better on labor and capital,give the state-owned enterprise employees strong institutional protection,and improve the construction of modern state-owned enterprise governance system to ensure the legitimate realization of employees' rights and interests.
