It has been five years since the publication of the "Guiding Opinions on Developing Innovation Space and Promoting Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship" in 2015.Innovation space has gone through the process of exploration and development.The entrepreneurial ecosystem of innovation space has become a key starting point and an important carrier for nurturing entrepreneurship,fostering new momentum to drive development,and supporting supply-side structural reform.At the end of 2018,the number of nationally-innovation spaces reached 1952,and more than 4800 accelerators and technology incubators of various types were created,which provides a platform for various types of innovative groups to develop cooperation and integration.However,with the rapid expansion of innovation space,many new problems have emerged.Problems such as slow development of the platform,weak supervision and management,narrow form of making profit,and lack of featured services are becoming the bottlenecks in the current development stage of innovation space.Therefore,this article will make an in-depth research on the platform operation,supervision and management issues in the development process of our country's innovation space entrepreneurial ecosystem.This thesis introduces the prospect theory on the basis of the traditional game method,analyzes the evolutionary game process of the innovation space entrepreneurial ecosystem using the value function in the prospect theory,and further explores the strategy selection process of each subject with the help of the revenue perception matrix.First of all,based on the prospect theory,an evolutionary game model concluding the innovation space operator and management and the entrepreneurial innovation group is constructed to analyze the evolutionary stabilization strategies for both sides of the game,and a MATLAB simulation was used to analyze the strategy selection of each game subject under the influences of different parameters.Then,in order to analyze the government's supervision mechanism in the entrepreneurial ecosystem,this thesis builds a tripartite evolutionary game model concluding the government,operator and management,and entrepreneurial innovation groups.The prospect theory is used comprehensively to obtain the revenue perception matrix of the three parties in the game,and the evolution process of each subject is researched using phase diagrams and stability analysis.Finally,according to the above analysis process,combined with the actual case of UFO innovation space in Zhengzhou,the process of the entrepreneurial ecosystem reaching a stable state is obtained by simulation analysis.Through this work,we can draw the following conclusions: Firstly,proper sized valuable resource subsidies,strategic and technical entrepreneurial knowledge services provided by the innovation space management would help to boost the initiative of entrepreneurial innovation group.Secondly,during the actual operation of each entity,each entity needs to keep the marginal diminishing degree of its value function of perceived income close to 0.88 and the value of loss avoidance close to 2.25.Thirdly,during the development of entrepreneurial ecosystem,the government needs to increase the supervision and management of the innovation space platform to accomplish the active development of the platform.Fourthly,the higher the expectation for the government reward when participating in supervision,the higher the tendency that the entrepreneurial innovation group going to join the supervision and management team of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
