| Since 2015,with the impact of the maker upsurge and innovation 2.0,maker space has integrated into the unprecedented opportunity for development.Under the guidance of "to be entrepreneur,to be innovator",Maker space of our country has developed rapidly.By the end of 2016,the number of maker space had exceeded 4,000 in our country.Maker space and all species of incubators have attracted a large number of makers to participate,forming a good entrepreneurial atmosphere.Maker space is an incubation and service platform,having characteristics of open,full elements,popularization and networking.Maker space gathers various types of entrepreneurial resources and provides comprehensive services for makers.our country’s maker space has showed a series of problems in the process of rapid development,like poor profitability,unclear business model,low hatching rate and innovation resources waste and so on.As a new engine of economic growth under the new normal,it is very important to ensure the good and scientific development of maker space.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a reasonable evaluation model for hatching ability to assessing the maker space and formulating corresponding development strategies and countermeasures.Based on reading the domestic and foreign research status of and related theories,this article analyze the problems existing in the current development of maker space while studying the current situation of the development of maker space in our country in recent years.All these works build a foundation for constructing the model of a maker space evaluation system.After that,i have profoundly analyzed the entrepreneurial ecosystem of maker space based on entrepreneurial ecosystem theory.Followed by this,I have analyze the factors that currently affect the hatching ability of maker space,with the sight of resource circle,platform construction,entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial environment.This paper has extracted six major elements of hatching ability finally: basic service capabilities,value-added service capabilities,organizational structure and management capabilities,profitability,maker space performance,and innovation and entrepreneurship environment.Then this paper constructed the indexing system of the maker space hatching ability,including 22 operating indicators and used Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine index weights.This paper evaluates the hatching capability of Lanzhou University Technology Maker Space.At the end,this paper proposes a series measures to improve the incubation capacity,through its various capabilities and comprehensive evaluation. |
