Research On Risk Prevention In The Development Of Financial Leasing Industry In Henan Free Trade Zone

The financing leasing industry has been developing continuously to promote the economic development of various regions,which has become a new means to solve the financing difficulties of enterprises.With the establishment of Henan free trade zone,it is urgent to promote the development of finance lease industry.This paper takes the financing leasing industry in Henan free trade zone as the research object,and puts forward the problems in risk prevention and relevant solutions.First of all,from the theoretical point of view of the financial leasing industry may produce unique risks to put forward the theoretical basis,summed up the current Henan free trade zone financial leasing industry development situation.Then,it analyzes the reasons for the development of the financial leasing industry in Henan free trade zone and provides the necessary significance for the study of the risks in this industry.It also summarizes the current situation of financial leasing industry in Henan free trade zone and provides a basis for the analysis of risk prevention problems.CAMELS is put forward and the feasibility of financing lease industry risk rating.Secondly,according to the actual situation of financing and leasing industry in Henan free trade zone,the particularity of existing risks is analyzed and the risk prevention problems are summarized.Use CAMELS to micro risk rating of a financial leasing company,the company is summarized in the capital adequacy,asset quality,management ability,profitability,liquidity and market sensitivity and so on in order to avoid risk to produce the guard experience.By comparing the development process of the same trade in Tianjin free trade zone,it is proved that the risk prevention of the two places can be used for reference.The financial leasing companies in the two places are selected for the micro risk comparison.Through the summary mainly from the financing risk management,aircraft assets risk management and interest rate and exchange rate risk management to risk prevention experience.On the basis of the above case analysis,it is of great practical significance to analyze the ways of promoting risk prevention in henan free trade zone financing lease industry.Finally,after the above analysis,this paper puts forward several Suggestions on risk prevention of Henan free trade zone: At the level of financial leasing enterprises,by adjusting capital scale,capital operation process should be improved,upstream and downstream credit evaluation mechanism of financing lease industry should be established,investment channels should be increased to reduce market risks,the service life of financing products should be limited,and innovative products should be made to reduce the pressure of competition in the industry.At the government level,it is necessary to improve the tax reduction and exemption mechanism for financing leasing industry,support companies to set up professional subsidiaries,strengthen the supervision of financing leasing industry,and improve the construction of relevant local laws and regulations.
