Research On The Construction And Development Of Henan Free Trade Zone

With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration,all regions of the world are facing a new development environment.Henan Province seized the opportunity,implemented the open-minded strategy,and established the Henan Free Trade Zone to strive to achieve a new pattern of opening up to the outside world in Henan Province.After the establishment of the Henan Free Trade Zone,it strengthened the main status of the Henan Free Trade Zone,the status of the transportation and logistics hub,the status of the manufacturing center,and the status of the cultural service center.Make Henan Free Trade Zone a new growth point for the future economic development of the province.Henan Free Trade Zone focuses on the development of transportation logistics hub,high-end manufacturing and cultural services according to its location advantages.The establishment of Henan Free Trade Zone will greatly promote the implementation of these three functions.With the continuous development of Henan Free Trade Zone,Henan's free trade zone has experienced such problems as backward management system,low-end transportation and logistics,unreasonable manufacturing industry,small cultural services,weak financial support for the real economy,and lack of high-end talents.This has constrained the further development of the Henan Free Trade Zone.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems arising in the construction of Henan Free Trade Zone,finds out the reasons and combines the experience of other domestic free trade zone construction to inspire the development of Henan Free Trade Zone.Finally,it is concluded that in the future,the Henan Free Trade Zone should focus on management system reform to create a good environment,manufacturing structure reform to enhance core competitiveness,transportation and logistics reform to enhance capacity,manufacturing reform to enhance competitiveness,financialreform to support the real economy,and vigorous development.Service trade,emphasis on talent introduction and training.
