With the advent of knowledge economy,the development of enterprises depends more and more on the quantity and quality of talents.Human capital refers to the sum of knowledge,experience,skills,intelligence and other elements possessed by employees in an enterprise.It is an important potential resource of the enterprise and an important source of obtaining competitive advantages.However,state-owned enterprises generally pay little attention to human capital,and are still faced with the problems of low human capital stock,low investment,and low role of human capital for enterprise benefits and development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to establish and perfect the mechanism of human capital investment in state-owned enterprises.Based on this,this article on the basis of combing the literature of human capital,through the S state-owned enterprises to carry out field research,clarify S state-owned enterprise human capital investment present situation,the further analysis of the problems existing in the state-owned enterprise human capital investment S,puts forward corresponding solving measures,so as to provide guidance for our country state-owned enterprise human capital investment,promote the healthy development of state-owned enterprise economy.First of all,this paper summarizes the theoretical model of human capital investment by combing the literature related to human capital.Secondly,this paper collects the current situation of human capital investment in S state-owned enterprises.Then,the problems and causes of human capital in S state-owned enterprises were analyzed through the above materials and data.Finally,based on the above analysis results,countermeasures are proposed.Based on the above research,it is found that the human capital investment of S company has the following problems: insufficient investment intensity of human capital of S state-owned enterprise,imbalance of human capital investment allocation,andunreasonable setting of human capital supporting facilities.The imbalance of human capital investment is mainly reflected in the imbalance of human capital investment projects and the imbalance of basic,middle and senior employees.The unreasonable setting of human capital supporting facilities mainly reflects the imperfect incentive system and the lack of employee succession plan.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward Suggestions to improve the S state-owned enterprise human capital investment,increase the intensity of human capital investment,setting up reasonable human capital investment,human capital investment between projects and first-line,middle,and top employees,develop appropriate facilities,human resources capital including the incentive system and employee succession plan.
