The investment in human capital for employees is a useful and efficient tool to improve the labor market resource allocation of the enterprise. It can also improve its competition in the market, and increase the profits at the same time. It is useful to analyze the cost benefits of the investment in human capital, which could help improve the utility of this investment efficiently and bring profits for the enterprise. The analysis could provide the evidence for drawing up the investment plan reasonably and efficiently. The economical phenomenon in real situation is different from that in theoretical research. The real economical phenomenon includes many complicated reasons. There are differences between theoretical research results of the investment in human capital and real situation inside the enterprise. Analyzing the reasons of causing the differences could find out the adaptive behavior for the enterprise to invest in human capital in real situation. The measurement of the investment in human capital has the inestimable property; therefore, it has important significance to study the investment in human capital scientifically from micro perspective.This article is based on the theory of the investment in human capital to demonstrate and analyze the certain State-owned enterprise. It studies the profits of the cost of the investment in human capital for the enterprise from the point of view of theory, reality and the integrate theory with practice. It analyzes the reasons of causing the differences between theories and reality to find out the efficient ways to improve the profits of the investment in human capital for the enterprise. The special properties of the State-owned enterprise determine it is different from other forms of enterprises. The problems which are caused by the inner system of the State-owned enterprise make the low efficiency, so that the enterprise is far from the goal of maximizing the profits. The reverlution of the state-owned enterprise changes this situation somehow; however, the state-owned enterprise is still lack of the force to obtain the maximum profits. Investigating this state-owned enterprise, penetrate into the interior of the enterprise, collect the most reliable information, compare with the theory of the investment in human capital, set the economical model. Then analyze the behavior of the investment in human capital of the enterprise from the point of view of the labor economics. It reviews the data of the investment in human capital from different developmental strategies, different kind of employees and different departments, and analyzes the data. Based on the training system for the employees in the enterprise, the behavior of increasing wages, and the profits and the contribution rate of the investment in human capital, the article describes the current situation of the investment in human capital of the state-owned enterprise; it points out the existing problems of the investment in human capital. Depending on the theoretical analysis, demonstrated researches and the comparison of the theoretical analysis and demonstrated researches, it proposes the reasonable suggestions which are propitious and efficient to increase the benefits of the investment in human capital.There are six chapters in the article. Chapter 1 mainly states the background, the purpose and significance of the research, the content and the methods in the research. Chapter 2 introduces the theoretical researches about the investment in human capital from both domestic and international resources. It describes the start and the development of the investment in human capital. It overall shows the micro side of the human capital theory. Chapter 3 analyzes the current situation of the investment in human capital in the certain state-owned enterprise. It states the existing problems of the investment in human capital. Chapter 4 compares the theoretical researches and the demonstrated researches, and then analyzes the reasons of causing the differences by setting the economical methods. It applies the dynamic analyzed model in game theory to analyze the differences as well. Chapter 5 accords the analysis of the difference between theoretical researches and the demonstrated researches about the investment in human capital from chapter 4, and focuses on the behavior of the investment in human capital of the state-owned enterprise, and provides the reasonable and optimized policy and suggestion from the point of view of theory, reality and the integrate theory with practice. Chapter 6 develops the research contents of the article. It states the measures which are propitious to improve the profits of the investment in human capital for the same type enterprise. At the end, it concludes the whole article.
