Industry is the leading industry of the national economy and the core of the modern socio-economic system,which determines the scale and level of modernization of the national economy.However,the rapid development of industry has put tremendous pressure on the ecological environment.Facing the grim situation of tight resource constraints,severe environmental pollution,and degradation of the ecosystem,China has put industrial ecological construction in a prominent position and accelerated the construction of a green manufacturing system.Therefore,exploring the current status of China's industrial ecological development,discovering regional differences and proposing development paths in a targeted manner has important theoretical and practical significance for the government to formulate relevant policies and realize the construction of ecological civilization.The main work of this research is:(1)Establish an evaluation index system for industrial ecological level.First,understand the general situation of China's industrial ecology,and combine the basic policies proposed in "Made in China 2025" : "Innovation-driven,quality first,green development,structural optimization,talent-oriented" Innovative ability and economic development have established an industrial ecological level evaluation index system.Secondly,considering the availability of index data,the index system is improved to ensure the feasibility and operability of the index system in empirical analysis.(2)Comprehensive evaluation of the level of industrial ecology in various provinces in China.First,use the entropy method to weight each indicator,calculate the comprehensive score of the industrial ecological level of each province in 2017 and the scores of each criterion layer,and compare the differences between provinces;use the entropy method to calculate the weight as the expected output value of BP neural network.Then use BP neural network to simulate the output value,and finally get the industrial ecological level score of each province from 2011 to 2017.In order to make the evaluation results fairer and more reasonable,the average scores of the provinces from 2011 to 2017 were evaluated as comprehensive scores,and the scores were ranked.The following conclusions are drawn: China's industrial ecological development has obvious regional differences.The industrial ecological level of the eastern region is the best,the industrial ecological level of the central region is average,and the industrial ecological level of the northeast and western regions is poor.(3)Analysis of significant influencing factors based on the Tobit model.Firstly,the provinces are grouped according to the level of industrial ecologicalization of each province,and are divided into high-level groups,medium-level groups,and low-level groups.Based on the Tobit regression model,the significant influencing factors of different levels were analyzed.Finally,it analyzes and explains the score rankings of different levels of the index system at each level of the index system,and proposes different and targeted improvement measures for provinces in different levels of level groups,and proposes corresponding development paths for future industrial ecological development Suggest.(4)Propose the development path of China's industrial ecology.Based on a comprehensive evaluation of China's industrial ecological level,combined with existing national policies,it puts forward reference recommendations to promote the sustainable development of China's industry,and provides suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial industry and the realization of clean production.
