With the deepening of the Internet process in China,the efficiency of food and shelter have been greatly improved,the Internet has penetrated into all aspects of daily life,take-out platform rapid access to people’s lives and become a simple and efficient way of life.However,the current takeout platform development is also facing a series of problems,for example,takeout platform operating homogeneity,vicious competition leading to their losses.Take-out platform can’t fundamentally improve the product quality and service,only through marketing and subsidies to stimulate consumption is not suitable for long term development and consumer lack of loyalty;therefore,in-depth services and a new cooperation model between the take-out platform and restaurants are needed to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.Finally,build a close contact,cooperation and win-win eco-cooperation mode.In this paper,the ecological thinking theory and take-away industry development are closely linked to explore the implementation path of win-win cooperation from the perspective of the healthy and sustainable development.Based on the study of related theories and literature,this paper analyzes the present situation of the take-away industry and the cooperation model between the take-out platform and catering business,and then combines with the ecology thinking theory deeply to build a innovation "cross" ecology cooperation pattern,which builds the take-out platform and catering business as the core and gathers take-away industry related service provider.Take-out platform as the "cross" model of the center,build a strong connection between the catering business and take-away consumers,at the same time,extend to the catering supply chain and catering services market,to form a healthy and sustainable industry ecology.Finally,the paper discusses the realization path of ecological cooperation mode from four aspects,such as strategy change,resources integration,big data application and organization structure adjustment.
