Robsangchoidan's Diversified Management Thought And Its Modern Significance

Lobsangchoidan is a famous Mongolian anti-imperialist and anti-feudal thinker,philosopher,and folk economist in modern China.He wrote the Mongolian Customs,which involves politics,economy,culture,philosophy,religion,customs and many other aspects of the content,so it is known as the "encyclopedic" masterpiece.In his book about Mongolian economy and folk custom,it includes the content of Mongolian thoughts,and implies his idea of diversified management.This article takes the Mongolian Customs book as the main research object,this paper makes an in-depth exploration,sorts out and expounds the ideas and ideas of the management of animal husbandry,agriculture,commercial trade and its modern significance proposed to Lobsangchoidan.This article mainly uses literature research method and comparative analysis method,combining ethnology,national economics,folklore and other discipline.This article analyzes the diversified management thoughts of Lobsangchoidan from the perspectives of multiple disciplines and historical process.The basic logical framework of this article is as follows: there is an introduction,followed by a conclusion,and the middle is composed of three parts.The chapters are arranged as follows:The first part is the introduction.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of this article,and briefly introduces the life story of Lobsangchoidan;Secondly,a review of the literature related to Lobsangchoidan's thought,and made a brief review of the research status at home and abroad;In addition,it explains the theoretical concepts of business ideas in thisarticle;Finally,it made a brief description of the research methods and the content of the research.The second part is the main text,which summarizes the various business ideas of Lobsangchoidan.First of all,it summarizes the thoughts of animal husbandry,agriculture and business management of Lobsangchoidan;Secondly,this article expounds the source of Lobsangchoidan's multiple business ideas from the aspects of modern Chinese and foreign business thinking,the influence of traditional Chinese agriculture,the traditional Mongolian culture and his personal life experience;Finally,it analyzes the modern significance of Lobsangchoidan's business ideas.The third part is the conclusion.It is through an in-depth analysis of the management ideas of Lobsangchoidan and found that the multiple management ideas of Lobsangchoidan.The management ideas of Lobsangchoidan have important reference value and enlightening significance to the economic development of the Mongolians and even the economic development of ethnic minority areas.The research significance and value of this article are summarized as follows:First,from the perspective of subject development.If we study the various business ideas of Lobsangchoidan,it enriches the content of previous studies of Lobsangchoidan's thought,and it is also a further extension of the field of economic thought.Secondly,through the fusion research on the multiple business ideas of Lobsangchoidan and its modern significance,it has certain reference value and practical significance for promoting the revitalization of rural areas,the construction of new pastoral areas,the operation and development of various Mongolian industries,and the economic development of ethnic areas.
