As we all know, from the Ming dynasty set up, China’s feudal society has entered the stage ofdecay,and is gradually dying in modern times.At this stage, many traditional ideas is also changed.The essential change in the field of economic thought is people’s attitude toward business ideas,from “Restraining Commerce” to “Business is the fundamental of country” and “Countries rely onindustry”. Ming-Qing Dynasties and Modern is an important period for China’s business ideas,therefore, it is very necessary to analysis, research and summarize it.Based on the review of business idea’s development before Ming and Qing dynasty, analysisthe change in Ming-Qing dynasties and modern times. This article analysis from the followingaspects: first, elaborated the paper topic selection basis, research status, research object and mainideas, research methods and innovation; Secondly, analysis the formation process of “RestrainingCommerce” before Ming and Qing dynasty, think it is appeared in the Warring States period wheneconomy had certain development, and gradually become the dominant idea; again, research andanalysis the business ideas in Ming and Qing dynasty, especially about the relations of agricultural,industrial and commercial, found anti-Restraining Commerce ideological gradually grown up; Then,explores the business idea since the Opium war, obtained business ideas in different stages of thedevelopment and change of characteristics, further points out that the mercantilist ideas become ahistorical tide after the Sino-Japanese war, The debate is centered on the program of how to build amodern industrial and commercial system; Finally, based on the previous analysis and research,summarizes the development and change of business ideas in Ming-Qing dynasties and moderntimes.
