Multi Case Study On Business Model Innovation Of Internet Platform Enterprises

With the popularity of the Internet,the information technology revolution has stimulated the upsurge of business model innovation.Many business models based on Internet platform emerge at the historic moment,which brings subversive innovation to the traditional business operation model.In recent years,Internet platform enterprises have achieved exponential rapid growth with the help of business model innovation.It is worthy to study and explore how Internet platform enterprises carry out business model innovation and what are the similarities and differences between different types of Internet platform enterprise business model innovation.This article selects Chinese typical Internet platform enterprises,namely xiaomi,TikTok,pinduoduo which are widely used in recent years.Taking the grounded theory as the main research method,we make three level coding for the the relevant enterprises original data and we study the factors influencing the innovation of business model of Internet platform enterprises are analyzed from the aspects of value proposition,key resources,user channels,profit model,user experience,platform promotion,market segmentation,import of important partner traffic,etc.,and the innovation mechanism of business model of Internet platform enterprises is also analyzed This paper analyzes and summarizes six modes of thinking for the innovation mechanism of business model of Internet platform enterprises: differentiated thinking,user thinking,cooperative thinking,platform thinking,simple thinking and ultimate thinking.Further enriched the research and exploration of Internet platform business model innovation in new manufacturing,new social networking,social e-commerce and other fields,and further improved the theoretical system of business model innovation from the perspective of comparative analysis of business model innovation of different types of Internet platform enterprises.This paper analyses the impact factors of business models innovation of three enterprises by using multiple case studies.By three level coding analyses we get the core categories of Xiaomi business,innovation and business innovation: three aspects: Xiaomi(value proposition,key source,user channel and value chain extension),shaking(value proposition,profit mode,user experience).And platform promotion),pinduoduo(core value,marketing model market segmentation,platform promotion,import of important partner traffic).And the main line analysis of each core category of the three case enterprises is carried out.On the basis of single case analysis,this paper compares the business model innovation of three case enterprises from the aspects of key resources,user channels,profit models,user experience,platform promotion,market segmentation,import of important partner traffic,and analyzes the similarities and differences of business model innovation of different types of Internet platform enterprises.On the basis of case study,this paper gives specific countermeasures and suggestions for business model innovation of new manufacturing enterprises,new social software development enterprises and social e-commerce enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for business model innovation of today's enterprises in terms of products and services,user experience,profit model and value proposition,so as to realize business model through the Internet The enterprise of "type breakthrough" provides enlightenment.Due to the limited ability of students,the analysis of relevant problems is not thorough enough,and the relevant statements may not be refined enough.In the future,students will do further in-depth thinking and hope to propose a more refined business model.
