| Tourism experience is the core of tourists’ tourism function and value.Theme parks are gradually expanding in the tourism industry.Enriching theme park tourism experience has become one of the most important ways to enhance the vitality of theme parks and realize sustainable development in the era of experience economy.At present,there are few studies of tourism experience elements structure.Therefore,the study of the structure of tourism experience elements of theme parks is essential and important.Amusement theme park appeared early,which reflects the most important and specific phenomenon in the theme park industry.Under the context of Web2.0,usergenerated content(UGC)has become a good tool for enterprises to understand consumers’ need.UGC is also an important tool for the study of theme park tourism experience.Disney and Happy Valley,two amusement theme parks with the strongest comprehensive strength at home and abroad are selected as the cases to grab relevant online comments to support the research.This study firstly analyze the content of online reviews related to Disney and Happy Valley from the perspective of the theory of embodiment and extract the elements of the embodiment tourism experience of amusement theme parks.Secondly,social network analysis is used to study the structure of amusement theme parks’ embodied experience elements.Through statistical analysis of the co-occurrence times of each embodied element in the review,the co-occurrence matrix is constructed.“Ucinet” software is used to calculate the centrality.The study uses the centrality to analyze individual characteristics,subgroup characteristics and network structure characteristics of embodied experience elements in amusement theme parks.Then the modified significance--performance analysis method is used to analyze the status quo of the recreation theme park’s embodied experience,and propose the existing problems and improvement paths.The results shows that:(1)There are 22 embodied experience elements,which are divided into three dimensions: body perception of theme parks,comprehensive cognition of theme parks and tourism landscape of theme parks.(2)Recreational theme park experience elements constitute a multi-core,highdensity social network.Among them,the node centrality of visual perception,flavor perception,revisit perception,interactive experience,theme scene and ticketing is the strongest.Close centrality of personnel service and amusement facilities is the strongest;Rides have the strongest intermediary centrality.Each embodied experience element is condensed into four subgroups,which respectively reflects the basic product characteristics,core product characteristics,expected product characteristics and potential product characteristics of amusement park products and services.Based on the above conclusions,there are five major problems in shaping of the embodied tourism experience of amusement theme parks.In view of the above problems,the researcher puts forward five suggestions,which are strengthening the feedback management of tourists,improving the quality of catering products in the park,developing night entertainment activities,adding auxiliary facilities and diverting the number of tourists. |
