Since the establishment of the first public fund in China in 1998,China's public fund industry has been in the wind and rain for more than 20 years.In the past 20 years,with the rapid development of national economy,the improvement of residents' income level and the rapid development and expansion of capital market,the public fund industry has developed rapidly from scratch to today,and the industry pattern has also evolved and developed,which has undergone tremendous changes.On the one hand,Matthew effect has gradually become prominent,large fund companies have completed the whole product chain coverage and have shown to rely on the strength of the platform to maintain their own fund-raising advantages;on the other hand,medium-sized fund companies have gradually formed a fund-raising breakthrough model suitable for their own development in this process,while the raising environment of small-sized fund companies has been increasingly compressed,and the scale of fund-raising has declined.In this increasingly fierce competition,how to survive and seek further development is a common topic for fund companies to consider.Based on the current development environment of public fund industry,combined with the development experience of domestic and foreign fund industry,this paper analyzes the current situation of fund raising business of Qianhai fund company and explores the problems.At present,Qianhai fund company still has a certain gap with domestic head fund companies in product layout,performance,fund-raising structure and internal operation ability.Under the current industry development background,if Qianhai fund company wants to seek a breakthrough in the survival and development space,it needs to strengthen the product strategy layout in combination with the company's own characteristics,create brand characteristics to break through in the complex and fierce competition.At present,the domestic quantitative hedge fund has experienced more than ten years of development and has taken shape.As the domestic asset management industry ushers in relatively unified management,financial supply side reform,favorable policies and increasing market demand,investors pay more attention to the quantitative hedge fund,and the development of domestic quantitative hedge fund has broad prospects.The research object of this paper is Qianhai fund,a fund company founded by equity fund,which has a certain foundation on the issue and raising of equity products.Therefore,this paper will combine the industry environment and the characteristics of Qianhai fund company,introduce the research results and advanced experience of quantitative investment at home and abroad,and put forward the design of raising scheme of quantitative hedge fund,in order to improve the problems existing in the current product raising concentration of Qianhai fund company,bring long-term and stable investment income for investors,win the trust of investors,and create a Qianhai fund company The fund company's own professional investment brand features,improve the company's product raising scale and asset management ability,realize the company's survival and development,and break through the competition.At the same time,this paper will make an overall evaluation and put forward safeguard measures for the newly designed quantitative fund raising scheme-"quantitative No.1" fund raising scheme.At last,the paper summarizes the research of scheme design and points out the shortcomings and prospects in the research.
