| With the deepening of the aging of our society,more and more old people are disabled or semi disabled due to accidents,diseases,aging and so on.In this context,the "integration of medical care and pension" model of health care has gradually become a popular model in the current pension service.In this mode,the society also puts forward higher and newer requirements for the professional quality of nursing staffAs a private enterprise dedicated to the elderly care service,SL Company is in the stage of full development,facing the opportunities and challenges of the new mode of "medical and nursing integration",which strategy the enterprise will take to deal with has become an urgent choice for the company.From the historical experience,the competition of enterprises is the competition of human resources in the final analysis.Based on this,this paper investigated the professional quality of nursing staff in SL Company through questionnaire and case interview.The research shows that the current nursing staff of the company has major problems in ideological quality,professional quality,scientific quality and physical and mental quality.These problems lead to the gap between the professional quality of nursing staff and the requirements of society and Industry under the integration of medical care,which will seriously affect the business development and competitiveness of the company.Through the research on the existing training mechanism of SL Company,it is found that there are corresponding problems in the training system,training management,training courses,training teachers and training evaluation,which restrict the professional quality level of the company’s nurses.Therefore,based on Adult learning theory,Learning organization theory,Quality iceberg model theory and learning from the education and training experience of nursing staff in developed countries,this paper optimizes the professional quality training system of nursing staff in SL Company under the mode of "integration of medical and nursing",including the design of organization system,implementation system,evaluation system The designof incentive system and guarantee system.Especially in the implementation system,the training course content,training methods and methods are designed to solve the problem of the construction of nursing staff in SL Company under the background of "medical and nursing integration",and provide reference and reference for the construction of talent training system in other pension enterprises. |
