| Faced with the new requirements of the reform of state-owned enterprise,that establishes a modern enterprise system and deepens the reform of the three systems,as well as the new trend of accelerating the evolution of science and technology and industrial revolution,the company must accelerate the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing,as well as accelerate the deployment of new technologies and new industries that adapt to the integration of information technology and industrialization,and strive to improve the quality and efficiency of development.First-class enterprises cannot be separated from the first-class talents,and talents are important resources to promote the sustainable development of enterprise and win the mark.In order to realize the corporate strategic objectives successfully,Company C urgently needs to do a good job in the training of professional and technical personnel,and realizes the integration of human resources with technological innovation and industrial efficiency,and builds a team with core competitiveness.Training can help employees to improve the required professional knowledge as well as job skills,and enhance the task performance,so that it promotes the growth of economic benefits of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises must attach great importance to the training of professional and technical personnel.On this basis,it’s extremely important to cultivate the personnel team and ameliorate the training system so that it can achieve the goals of the future development of enterprises.In this context,the author presents a study on the subject.Based on classical theory of training,this thesis analyses the current situation of the training system of professional and technical personnel in Company C from four sides,which includes demand analysis,plan formulation and implementation,effect evaluation,and training resources.And then it is the way that questionnaire survey and interview survey are used to diagnose the problems and causes in the training system.To solve these problems,this thesis embarks from the construction of training system which is scientific and reasonable,and improves the training system in Company C from the four aspects which are mentioned in the previous article.Simultaneously,in order to ensure that the measures can be effectively implemented,this thesis also presents safeguard measures from three aspects,such as management system,culture,technology platform and expenditure.Through this study,the author wants to provide advices for the training in Company C,and effectively enhance the effect of employee training,and solve the problem of the training in Company C that is just in the environment of transformation and upgrading,and then accelerate the realization of the company’s strategic goals of development.Meanwhile,it can also provide a certain reference for the training in other equipment manufacturing industry. |
