Currently,the quantity of the city's demanding for food and beverage delivery is more and more huge.Takeaway O2O industry has been rapid development in the past five years relying on the Internet technology.With the intensification of competition in the industry,the core competitiveness of enterprises has been turned to forming a closed loop which relying on good distribution services to ensure the timeliness and quality of service delivery.Therefore,the self-build logistics distribution system has become the direction of the strategic transformation of many takeaway platforms.Actually,the self-build logistics distribution system also contributes to a high cost that can overwhelm an enterprise.The problem of how to decide the platform distribution system's scale that can reduce the platform distribution costs,meanwhile ensure a certain level of distribution service confronted to us.Crowdsourcing distribution is a new mode which existed the latest two years.Its obvious advantage is its low cost.As for this,more and more takeout platform have taken crowdsourcing distribution into use.Professional distribution brings a higher service level and a higher distribution cost;Crowdsourcing distribution brings a lower service level and a lower distribution cost.Through analyzing the synergy between the two distribution models,find out the balance point at which platform can reach a higher service level with a lower cost.This paper describes the status of takeaway delivery industry's platform distribution business and the distribution requirements' time distribution.And then summarize and describe professional distribution and crowdsourcing distribution systematically,that both are used in the takeaway O2O industry.Analyzing the problem of takeaway distribution and present some solving ideas.On the basis of the research of the theory of service quality,analyze the evaluation factors of distribution service level from three aspects,the distribution time,the distribution reliability and the quality of distribution.Based on the above analysis and research,establish the multi-objective decision model which takes distribution service level and total distribution cost as the objective variable quantity,with professional distribution orders proportion and distribution human efficiency as the decision scalar.This paper uses the main objective method to solve the multi objective decision model.Finally,taking A takeout O2O platform as example,collecting relevant data that are put into the multi-objective decision model and then calculate it by MATLAB.Analyze the relations of all variable quantities,and obtain the best distribution proportion and human efficiency under different scenarios.That can be valued for an enterprise to select distribution models.
