Along with the fast speed of development in knowledge and information economy nowadays,continuously transforming organization and business become the key task in the long journey of surviving and development when the organization is facing cut-throat competition market and various customer needs.The way of working in the organization is important as well besides breaking through and develop new technology.Many domestic and international innovative companies adopted Agile way of working attributes to the characteristics of Agile itself,transforming to the agile way of working becomes the focus of innovative management in majority of enterprise and organization.Under the Agile way of working,the strategy of product and services focusing on customer-centric along with division of labor in organizational transformation and focusing on long term customer experience become the gravity of industrial innovation management.A company is a private company which in a traditional way of working,the competition pressure is increasing.This thesis is providing suggestions to the organization to overcome the challenges to implement Agile by referring the characteristics of Agile,the successful experience from organization implemented Agile from dimensions in terms of organizational structure,human resource development and the Agile way of working.It needs systematic planning to these dimensions from lecture review and theory study.Reducing the management layers of the organization,establishing small team and empower them with high autonomy,developing cross functional skill talents all make big impact to the implementation of Agile way of working.The efficiency of communication and speed of making decisions are improved,the coordination and collaboration improved agility of Agile organization and finally perform full potential in small group.Organizations learn and adjust from the fast feedback from customer through innovative product and services and eventually become the innovative Agile organization.
