Research Of Agile Project Management In C Company

With propose of “Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation” and “Internet +”,the number of new born enterprises in China surges and a great deal of such march into software-related high technology industries.However,these newly established enterprises are quite young and can hardly compete with big companies in terms of scale,market resources and channels.Their methods of project management cannot help them to keep pace with the changes of their customer's requirements.Therefore,this thesis hopes to seek a project management model that can help SMEs to ride out of storms.The thesis is based on true case of a domestic entrepreneur and his company.It describes the company's project management problems which are exposed while fast development,and hope to solve them with Agile Project Management theory.Compared with overseas companies,domestic companies are still in an early stage of applying Agile Development and many of them encountered failure of Agile transformation.For the case company in this thesis is a typical domestic start-up enterprise,this thesis wish the study of its transformation can be a typical example.This research begins with the study of classic theories of project management,take examples by the system of Project Management Institution,ARCI Principle of organizational reform and human resources management,and Agile Project Management which is popular in recent years.The thesis aims to explore a project management method for software developing related SMEs base on the studies of pioneers,and studies the implement of such method within case enterprise.Through the thesis,readers can understand the task list,procedure,might-occur problems and influence of Agile transformation.Last but not the least,the thesis evaluates the result of Agile transformation and summarizes the key factors of success.The case enterprise has built a mature Agile Project Management system at the end of study.It also gathered great deal of experience in Agile transformation.The study of such experience could be useful to other domestic companies and is what the thesis wish to inspire.
