With the telecom business transformation strategy to promote in-depth,more and more innovation in the organizational structure of the industry.Traditionally,the operator of the organization functions in a straight line in accordance with the model established,top-down implementation of the vertical command and control.Although this model a clear responsibility,but the organizational level,a long chain of information,easily led to the slow response of the outside world.Telecom operators strategic goal of enterprise transformation from the traditional network-based provider of integrated information service provider to the transition.This strategic decision on the current communications business operations organizational innovation at the core task is to achieve a single voice for the business of large-scale production to meet the information age customer demand for comprehensive restructuring of enterprises to provide "information service".This article will be based on domestic and foreign scholars in the organizational structure of the new study,based on the respective countries listed in the telecommunications industry in the telecommunications restructuring process carried out by the Organization of structural reforms and innovation,summed up the advanced operator business structure characteristics,combined with domestic telecom companies Development of the situation and there are pros and cons of proposed transition of China's telecommunications business telecommunications organizations of the main direction of innovation.
